mygaide was founded by Thorsten Wilhelm, a seasoned Commercial Manager with a strong background in General Management, Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Logistics and Customer Service. Over the course of his career, he has worked across a wide range of organizations - from small and mid-sized companies to large enterprises in industry, retail, services and consulting. This breadth of experience has given him a deep, practical understanding of the real-world challenges businesses face every day.
The idea for mygaide emerged from a recurring pattern observed across many small and medium sized companies: business leaders clearly recognize the strategic importance of artificial intelligence, yet lack the time, internal resources, or specialized expertise to navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape. While the pressure to act is high, the path forward often remains unclear.
